  1. General condition

    • 1.1 All items delivered are brand new. All prices shown exclude delivery postage charges. Delivery within Singapore is provided free of charge.
    • 1.2 We strongly encourage you to hand wash your item(s) and avoid machine wash.
    • 1.3 Due to limited quantities and sizes, all sales are on FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS. We hope to offer more varieties of clothing in larger quantities in the near future.
    • 1.4 Please note that the actual colours of the items might differ from the pictures shown. We do our best to ensure that the items we deliver are what we display on our website. We will also ensure that the item is in good condition when packing your order.
  2. Refund and Exchange

    • 2.1 Refunds and Exchanges are allowed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase (after receiving it), you can contact us to request for the following:
      • Refund
      • Exchange to a larger size
      • Contact us to exchange to other item
    • 2.2 Refund is allowed under the following circumstances:
      • We determine that the item is genuinely defective and not caused by you
      • We have not delivered your items within the delivery period and you wish to cancel the order
    • 2.3 Refund is not possible if:
      • You have bought the item in the wrong size. In that case, only exchange is allowed.
      • The item has been used
      • The item is bought at sale price
    • 2.4 Conditions for exchange:
      • We determine that the item is genuinely defective and not caused by you.
      • The item to be exchanged is a regular priced item (ie. not at sale price)
      • Item is in its original packaging/condition with tags intact, unwashed and unworn
      • You have already paid for the item
    • 2.5 For exchange of item, it is subjected to the availability of the new item in the size you requested. If the size you requested is no longer available, we will contact you and offer you other alternatives, which include exchanging it for a same-priced item or if the item you want is of a higher value, a top up of the difference is required. To be fair to us, you will have to bear the shipping/mailing fees back to us.
    • 2.6 We will not be responsible for any damage caused by normal post or missing items through normal post. Therefore, we highly recommend that you opt for registered mail. (Please include $5 more for registered mail).
    • 2.7 We will review all refund and exchange requests on a case by case basis. To contact us, please email us. We will contact you within 3 working days.

      All assessments will be made at our discretion. All decisions are final and no further requests will be entertained.
